The Al Khor Community has a wide array of banqueting and conferencing facilities catering to a variety of requirements from meetings and conferences to birthday parties, circuses and cultural shows. Please call the banquet sales coordinator for more details.

Banqueting and Conferencing Facilities

  • The biggest room in the Al Waha Club with a capacity of 200 person for Ballroom 1 and 100 person for Ballroom 2. A combination of both rooms can accommodate a maximum of 325 person. The Ballroom is ideal for big functions or conferences/meetings. It has built in projector, screen and a large stage. The Ballroom can also be used for birthday parties, weddings, graduation parties and other kinds of large events. Also popular usage is for movie shows and theatre productions.
  • This venue in the Al Waha Club is ideal for a meeting/conference of 30 person. It can also be used for the other functions accommodating a maximum of 50 person. There is a built in projector & screen available that is very useful to all meetings/conferences.
  • This venue in the Al Waha Club is ideal for a small meeting/conference of 20 person. This venue can accommodate a maximum of 30 person for small parties and celebrations. There is a built in screen as well as equipment for meetings.

  • This is the smallest of the meeting rooms in the Al Waha Club and can be used for meetings/conferences. The room has a capacity of 15 person with an oval board room conferencing table set-up.
  • This venue in the Al Waha Club has a 50 person capacity. It is very popular for classes & parties. Portable meeting room equipment can be used to set-up the room for meetings.
  • The function room can be used for meetings/conferences. The capacity for this purpose is 20 persons. For parties and other functions, the room can accommodate a maximum capacity of 50. The room is also used for classes/ lectures.
